Hey all, I’m PK and I live in Burlington, VT. Prior to 2020, I had spent a lot of time traveling the US and Europe in search of amazing sites and incredible food. When not traveling I did my best to create incredible meals at home. Then, Covid-19 hit. Refusing to give up my passions, I started out in a tent, moved to a pop-up, then to a 22 foot travel trailer, and finally to a 30 foot travel trailer. In 6 months. I saw great places, and I learned the art of cooking gourmet food at a campground! I decided to chronicle my adventures, maybe you’ll see something you want to try.
